Justin Heatherly was born and raised in northern New Jersey and is a proud husband of 30 years and father of three daughters ages 25, 22, and 20.  Growing up in New Jersey, the son of a Civil Service Employee, Justin learned the value of a hard day’s work and helping others. 

Justin travels throughout the country conducting workshops to help retirees and pre-retirees understand and maximize their retirement and government benefits. Tax reduction and safety are the principles on which he bases his business. Justin’s experience has allowed him to be well versed in advanced strategies not known by many advisors.

Justin has done retirement training for employees with many federal agencies as well. Some of these agencies include the DOD, IRS, FBI, DEA, Secret Service, Customs and Border Patrol, MSIC, and NASA. Justin is an expert on Social Security, FERS, CSRS and CSRS Offset. He also helps clients in the private sector such as Sharp, SDG&E, Boeing, Rohr and many others. 

His practice focuses on helping his clients avoid the common mistakes made by most retirees and he explains how he has counseled thousands to avoid these pitfalls. With longer life expectancy, outliving one’s money is a very real concern for many people. 

Justin has over 20 years of experience in retirement planning and serves as an Investment Advisor Representative at Wealth Watch Advisors, an SEC registered advisory firm. 

In his free time Justin loves spending time with his family and their 8 dogs. Justin is also an avid reader of the Bible and enjoys sharing his faith in Jesus Christ.

Jenna was born in New Jersey but raised in Southern California.  Growing up in California, as she watched her father start as an agent, to then owning a company of his own, she learned the importance of hard work and dedication to helping others. She graduated college with a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Boise State University. Soon after, she has followed in the footsteps of her father by entering into the financial business.  Her focus is to make sure her clients and their loved ones are protected and prepared for the future.  Everyone's situation is different and her clients best interest is her main concern, as she works diligently to make sure their needs are met. 

 Jenna is passionate about providing Federal Employees with the knowledge and tools to have a successful workforce career and set themselves up for a safe and secure retirement.  

In her free time Jenna loves spending time with her family, her two dogs, and seeing live music.

Jordan was born and raised in San Diego and now resides in Washington, DC.  Even from a very young age Jordan has always been an over acheiever.  She gratuated High School early at the young age of 16, afterward she persued and obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts, an Associate's degree in Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boise State University.  Post graduation, she ventured into a career in Property Management.  While doing Property Management in Washinton, DC, Jordan met and created relationships with many government employees.  This came exceedingly natural for her due to her father having worked with federal employees her entire life.  This has provided a smooth transition into becoming a federal employee benefits specialist.  Her goal is help employees create substantial income to get retired and stay retired!

Jordan is objective and detailed oriented in her work.  In her free time she enjoys going to sporting events, spending time with her friends, family, two dogs, and traveling.
